Ran ans Eingemachte: Fermentation in Berlin.

This past Saturday (March 22nd, 2025), an article was published in the local newspaper, the Berliner Morgenpost.

"Gesunder Genuss aus dem Glas" (Healthy Pleasure from the Glass) was the introductory title, and it was about fermentation in Berlin.

Specifically, it presented four different places, which produce different fermented foods in this city. Our place was obviously one of them.
